Whale Branch Early College High School is a public high school (grades 9-12) within the Beaufort County School District. We are located on 71 acres in rural Seabrook, South Carolina. The school is north of the district of Beaufort County and includes the communities of Dale, Lobeco, Seabrook, Sheldon, and parts of Yemassee. We are part of the Whale Branch cluster which includes James J. Davis Elementary School, Whale Branch Elementary School, and Whale Branch Middle School.

Whale Branch Early College High School was established in 2010 and partners with the Technical College of the Lowcountry. Students are able to earn concurrent associate degree(s) and/or college credit(s) while obtaining their high school diplomas. Our enrollment is approximately 440 students. We are under the leadership of our principal - Dr. Sonji Leach.
